Purchasing & Payment
Purchasing Process
When you submit an order, you create an obligation to pay the agreed-upon price, applicable taxes, and any additional fees specified on the order page. You will receive a confirmation receipt upon successful submission.
Methods of Payment
Accepted payment methods are made available during the purchasing process. All payments are processed through independent third-party payment services. We do not store your payment information — we only receive notification that payment has been completed successfully.
If payment fails or is refused, we are under no obligation to fulfill the purchase order. Any costs resulting from failed payments shall be borne by you.
Retention of Usage Rights
You do not acquire any rights to use purchased services until full payment has been received by Biz Hero Plus LLC.
Subscriptions
Many of our services are offered on a subscription basis, providing continuous access over a recurring billing period. Paid subscriptions begin on the day payment is received.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew through your chosen payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive advance notice of upcoming renewals. The renewed subscription period will equal the original subscription term.
Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The services and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by Biz Hero Plus LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
